DSPOWER, un blog diferente sobre nuestra NDS y Wii

Segundo homebrew oficial después del pong mostrado hace escasos dias.

Desde dspower esperamos estar al día de lo que creo que puede llegar a ser la explosión como paso en la NDS desde que empezó a día de hoy. Con la llegada del homebrew pueden que los chips pasen a mejor día y otros métodos de carga empiecen a salir a la luz.

Por ahora aquí nos llega el primer homebrew, bautizado como Tetris que con el nombre que tiene creo que nadie tendrá duda de lo que trata dicho homebrew.

Quien no ha jugado al clásico Arkanoid con su pad, pues eso tubo que pensar el creador de este port Yasun de GBATEMP. En el video se puede observar como se usa. No deja de ser algo curioso, que creo que seria poco probable que llegara a salir rentable a la hora de su comercialización.

Ahora que han visto el video, ¿vosotros lo comprariais?

Una nueva version de esta aplicacion para la DS.

Novedades:
* New DS: Display of the folders and sub-folders containing .cbds files, for a better organization.
* New DS: Alphabetical Sort of the .cbds files, according to the filename.
* New DS: Customizable background image.
3 background images are located in the “nds/ComicBookDSTheme” subdirectory of pictods. Copy them anywhere on your card (but all the 3 in the same directory), and you’ll have those backgrounds displayed instead of the black one.
* New DS: Magazine (and vertical images) handling : While being on the bottom of the image, pressing the bottom key will move the visible area to the top on the right (of left in manga mode). Same behavior for the top. Page changed may also be triggered.
* New DS: Progressive Key scroll : 1 pixel scroll at the beginning, then quicker, until the maximum value is reached (the one defined in the .ini file)
* New DS: Animated scroll of the Title/Author/Provider/Image name, when their length exceed the visible area.
* New DS: A random book can be selected pressing the dice icon (visible in library mode, when the top-most folder is displayed).
* New DS: Changes in the way the right/left hands icons are displayed, reflecting better that the first or final page is reached (mainly in the view modes).
* BugFix DS: As usual … small bug fixes and improvements.

Infantile Paralysiser ha sacado la nueva version 0.3 del DSMPlay. Los archivos que utiliza son muy grandes. Por ejempo un video de 2 megas en avi puede ocupar 8 megas en DSM pero hay que decir tambien que la calidad es muy buena.

Un juego que llevaba un tiempo sin actualizarse. En este juego tendrás que mover a Kirby con ayuda del stylus y con mucho cuidado de no toparte con ningún enemigo. Un juego gracioso que no esta de mas probarlo.

Primera versión de esta aplicación para crear skins para tu M3 simply y R4. Por ahora no esta muy avanzado pero se espera que este programa sea un buen programa para crear skins de forma simple.

The skins created by the application are in the folder “!:\_system_\themecatcher”.
When you apply a new skin it will be copied to the _system_ folder.
All the selected images all be resized and converted to the compatible BMP files of the flashcart, and you can too select a theme.ini of another skin or create a new theme.ini from a colour selector.

Siento la no actualización tanto como quisiera pero ando intentando mejorar DSPOWER y encima estudiando.

DSiP es un proyecto que se esta llevando acabo, que intentara crear un voip para nuestra NDS, este proyecto espera salir en junio.

Aquí un juego del que hablamos por primera vez hace mucho tiempo (Wright Flight). Un juego de ttursas, que ha evolucionado muchisimo desde entonces

Es un juego multijugador via wifi (dswifilib) basado en el juego Gravity Force. En el nos enfrentaremos a otros usuarios por internet destruyendo sus aviones y volando a traves de un escenario con varios niveles de profundidad

Nuevo juego de Stravingo, Setsuzoku No Puzzle.

El objetivo del puzzle es limpiar la pantalla de bloques conectandolos en parejas iguales (color y simbolo). Todo ello en un tiempo limitado. Hay bloques especiales, como estrellas y lunas, que se pueden conectar entre ellas sin importar su color. Ademas, eliminando estos bloques especiales, se para el contador de tiempo durante unos segundos.
Si estamos muy desesperados por encontrar una pareja de bloques pero no la encontramos, podemos pulsar X para una pista, aunque estas son limitadas (3 al empezar, se suma una en cada nivel). Si no hay mas parejas disponibles, el juego terminará.

Tras el exito parcial conseguido la semana pasada al dumpear el contenido de la NAND,pero cullo contenido estaba encriptado, AloneTrio miembro del WAB Team ha intentado dumpeado la RAM con la intención de encontrar la clave y asi poder acceder a los datos almacenados en la bios encriptada..

Como se puede observar en la imagen (haz click para ampliar) estamos ante un duelo, Wii vs AloneTrio..

Por si alguien no entiende el sentido de todo esto,os explicare un poco el asunto..

Pues el acceder a la BIOS y poder modificarla ofrece posibilidades interesantes, como saber todo acerca del funcionamiento de la misma , hasta desarrollar BIOS alternativas para la Wii con nuevas y tentadores funciones, o incluso ejecutar homebrew en la Wii,eso si primero toca un …HELLO WORLD !!

Otra versión mas para los usuarios de SC DS. Arregla errores que tenia la otra versión entre otras cosas.

Ya han acabado la versión final de este programa que sirve para los niños que tengan problemas de comunicación puedan usar la NDS para saber así sus padres que necesitan.

Acaba de salir una nueva versión del FlashMe. Muchos de los nuevos usuarios de la Scene de la NDS no conocerán lo que es un FlashMe, pero muchos tuvimos que sufrir para puntear nuestra consola y así cambiarle el firmware, los flash cards de slot2 si se querían usar sin Passkey lo necesitaba.

Bueno no os aburro mas, esta nueva versión trae mejoras.

- Añade audio que indica con ruido cuando estas flasheando, la verdad es que es sutil.
- Eliminado el codigo de arranque de MK2 y MK3 por que causaban problemas.
- Actualizado el Noflashme para arreglar algunos problemas con DSLite.
- Creado una versión que no autoarranque, que esto nos hara no arrancar desde el slot2 a no ser que tengamos pulsados A,B,X,Y.

Os gusta los Sudokus, pues he aquí un muy buen homebrew de sudoku para tu NDS. La NDS es perfecta para hacer sudokus, gracias a su pantalla táctil solo tendremos que dibujar el numero que queramos meter en cada casilla. Al empezar nos mandara elegir entre 4 niveles de dificultad.

La imagen que ven abajo les hará una idea del juego.

Rift es un Shoot em up de aviones. Este juego me parece que no le pega el ambiente que se le ha puesto, al rato de estar jugando se hace cansino y te acaba mareando incluso. El objetivo es muy simple, derrota a la nave jefe para pasar de nivel.

Si mejoran los fondos y la velocidad de los enemigos que en algunos momentos son muy rapidos, podriamos estar ante un muy buen Shoot em up de aviones.

Desde aquí os aconsejo que lo probéis para que veáis como va.

Actualización de esta aplicación que nos sirve para controlar el ratón con la NDS. Ahora solo sera necesario tener un puerto abierto 111. El botón del ratón sera la tecla A.

Nueva versión del firmware de la SC DS. Esta versión hace que la SC DS se coloque en el numero uno de los flash cards slot1. Ahora ya podemos meter cheats en juegos y incluso funciona en navegador de Internet de DS si se posee otra flash card de slot2 entre otras mejoras que podrán leer abajo.

Nueva versión que nos acerca a un final mas cercano. QuakeDS poco a poco se ve mejor y su autor nos avisa que todavía no esta completo pero que cada vez falta menos.

Recordaros que necesitareis shareware para hacerlo funcionar, se han probado los de PC y Amiga, ambos funcionan bien.

Un nuevo homebrew que ve la luz. Su nombre nos define como va el juego, en este juego nos irán apareciendo bolas las cuales tendremos que ir tocando gracias a la pantalla táctil, cuantas mas bolas toquemos, mas puntos obtendremos.

Nueva versión que tendrán que tener muy en cuenta la gente que posea un DS Link. Esta nueva versión arregla muchísimas cosas y mejora la compatibilidad con los juegos.

Nueva versión esta vez la final de DSOrganize que con esta actualización se no presenta la v2.7 final.

Entre los cambios de esta nueva versión se puede notar la mejoría el sonido y la implantación del Homebrew DataBase. Tambien mejora el navegador web y sobre todo la mejoría del IRC entre otros muchos mas.

Las mejoras de errores son muchas.
